Application of dough mixing machine: special personnel familiar with equipment performance shall be assigned for each shift. Before starting, check whether all parts of the electrical appliances are well insulated and whether the motor is reliably grounded. Do not press the switch button with wet hands. If there is a problem, ask the electrician to handle it. According to the provisions of the machine, the dry flour is put into the flour mixing at one time, and overload transportation is not allowed. Add oil regularly according to machine maintenance requirements. The box cover shall be properly covered when mixing. Do not put your hands or other hard objects into the face bucket to avoid dangerous accidents. The power shall be cut off when taking noodles. After the power is cut off and the casing is twisted, the noodles shall be taken. If the noodles are not taken clean at one time, they shall be cut off with a knife before going to order the cars. It is not allowed for one person to take noodles and another person to order the cars. During operation, it is not allowed to touch the rotating parts. In case of abnormal noise, looseness, debris, vibration, etc., stop the machine for inspection and maintenance.
